NCAA Athlete & Coach Certification Process

Coaches and bench personnel must secure a current USA Basketball Gold License before accessing the BBCS.

• Obtain USA Basketball Gold License

Register a new athlete or log in to an existing BBCS account.

• Create or log in to an existing BBCS account.
• Coaches: Register or log in to an existing BBCS account.

After all athletes have registered in the BBCS, coaches must create and complete their team bench.

• Create your bench

Review your BBCS account and address any warnings, alerts, or eligibility issues that may require additional documentation or justification.

• Submit justification

Once all requirements have been satisfied, create and submit your official event roster through the BBCS.

• Create event roster
