Legacy is more than a tournament name for HI-TOP HOOPS founders Hal Pastner and Anthony Manor. Both have spent decades in the youth basketball and tournament space, and have committed much of their lives to the game and the young athletes who grow the game forward. For Anthony, Las Vegas also happens to be home. The LAS VEGAS LEGACY, and the six other HTH tournaments being held in Las Vegas each year, are personal to him. The duo of Hal and Anthony are dedicated not only to producing fun tournaments for young athletes and their families, but also to providing a platform on which those players — regardless of skill level — can develop and perform. That will be the legacy for Hal and Anthony, and HI-TOP HOOPS is the greatest platform in this space.
